UGA Footsteps Charity Ultimate Tournament!

What is Footsteps?

"Footsteps is an organization at the University of Georgia dedicated to raising awareness and promoting the eight U.N. Millennium development goals to students of all backgrounds across the nation and to stimulate future activism through creative projects, dialogue, and action."

Many members of UGA Men's Ultimate Club B-Team (the Chillydawgs) are active in this organization including Nikil Kashyap, Joseph Najjar, Matt McClure, Mikey Salter, Willy Hughes, and Brett Benowitz.

Their goal is to raise about $13,200 to build an elementary school in Mali, which is one of the poorest countries in the world, with a literacy rate below 50%.

Tournament Details:

7 v 7

maximum 15 person roster

$50 bid per team.

max 3 or 4 club players per team

Fall League 2010

A new school year is upon us, friends.

Looking for some recreation to get away from the books? Interested in playing intramural Ultimate Frisbee?

Sign up for Fall League Ultimate!

When: Games are every Tuesday/Thursday from 4 PM to 9PM starting Septemper 7th and ending October 14th.

Where: UGA's beautiful Club Sports Complex (directions)

Cost: $25.00 (this includes six weeks of ultimate and a t-shirt)

People of all skill levels and athletic prowess are invited to come play!
